My Summer:
My summer started off slow; staying home, sleeping, watching tv. After the second week of summer me and my family went to a condo in Daytona Beach that my mom's friend owns. We ended up swimming in the pool, in the ocean, and tanning. Me my mom and my sis tanned but not my dad and brother though. Two days before we left we went down to the peer. There was music, games, rides, and food. We ended up playing in the game rooms for almost two hours!
When we got back to the condo we had won prizes like mini airplanes, candy, a piggy bank and a The Pice is Right dvd game. by brother loved this game he had so much fun with it.After we went home we rested up for the next trip. we went to Wokiva spings with my uncle and cousins. The smell was terible at first but we got used to the smell of sulfer. We stayed at Wokiva for about five hours. After wokiva we went to a HUGE fireworks display. It was so bright we could see the ground even though it was pitch black outside. We went home after that and watched movies, then went to bed.
What I expect for the upcoming year:
I expect to ha at least four-seven A's. All my classes are harder but easy enough for me to be proficient. I expect to make new friends, and have fun. I plan to be not so shy and actually raise my hand to answer questions instead of waiting for the teacher to call on me. I want to finally get into a relationship because thelast one didnt work out. I plan to learn new things everyday, and a new language. I expect to be friends
with my teachers and have great friends.
This year I am going to most of the football games and I AM going to homecoming...(date optional) haha. I am going to have fun and chill with my friends but get my work done first. I plan to not loose my locker combination for once (hint I have used it more than I did last year and it is only day three) and I am going to join the softball team when we are in season. I decided that this will be the begining of my new life of wisdom and happiness.
Changes at Pine Ridge:
Pine Ridge has changed alot even though this is my first year. I have been coming to this school for almost five years already because of my brother,Austin, and sister,Cheyanne. I came here for them because of football games, football meetings, JR.ROTC meetings, JR.ROTC shows, cheerleading practice, SSEMS Acadamy meetings, and even homecoming. Thats off topic but true; the school has also changed because of the pride time, it takes away time for lunch wich isnt good because it is really hard to get lunch in a long line like that. PRHS has also changed because they took away the warning bell wich in some cases it is really hard to get to class now, we fresmen are fine without it because we have never had one, but the softmores jrs and seniors are having a hard time.
